The Mayuzumi Family is a pioneer in mushroom cultivation and have been growing premium mushrooms for four generations in Japan. Renowned mycologist and reishi cultivation expert, Mr. Fumimaru Mayuzumi, has collaborated with Sumioka Foods of Japan to produce a unique blend of healthy mushrooms and non-fried noodles in Mikei® Mushroom Instant Ramen.

One box contains the following:

2 x 85g (3oz.) Dried Mushroom Ramen

2 x 25ml (0.8 fl oz.) Mushroom Sauce

2 x 2ml (0.06 fl oz.) Vegetable oil

Ingredients

(Each box contains two sets of instant ramen, mushroom sauce, and flavoured vegetable oil.)

Non-fried Mushroom Ramen [2 x 85g (3 oz.)]

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wheat protein, starch, salt, vegetable oil, water, mushroom extract (yellow mushroom, fukuro mushroom, maitake mushroom, shiitake mushroom, red reishi mushroom), orange pigment, Vitamin E.

Contains: Wheat

May contain: Buckwheat, Egg

Mushroom Sauce [2 x 25 ml (0.8 fl oz.)]

Ingredients: Water, soya sauce, sugar, Japanese fish seasoning (bonito, sardine, mackerel), salt, fermented seasoning, seasoning (amino acids), chitake extract, caramel color, chakitake extract, hydrolyzed potato and corn protein, seaweed extract, acidifier

Contains: Soy, fish

Flavored Vegetable Oil [2 x 2 ml (0.06 oz.)]

Ingredients: Onion oil, Garlic oil

Directions

Step 1

For best results, cook the ramen in 500 mL of boiling water for 3~4 minutes.

Step 2

Turn off the heat and then put the mushroom sauce and oil into the boiled ramen.

Step 3

Serve the ramen with the soup and enjoy.

Avoid direct sunlight. Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Can serve with vegetables or meat. The product is preservative free and no artificial colorants are used. Manufactured in a facility that also processes buckwheat and eggs.
