Shipping and Orders


  1. Do you accept international orders?

    Yes, please contact us directly if you are ordering anywhere outside of the U.S.

  2. What shipment options do I have?

    The orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking information and signature. If you choose express or next day shipping options, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this method.

  3. How long does it take for orders to arrive?

    Packages are generally dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Orders within the U.S. usually take around 7-9 business days to arrive.   4. I am purchasing the product for someone as a gift. Can I write a message to them?

    Yes, you can add a gift note during the check-out process.

  5. I live in the U.S., but can I place an order to be shipped outside of the U.S.?

    Yes, KE321’s online ordering service is designed for our valued customers to be able to send gifts to their loved ones around the world. This will count as an international order, please contact us at or call us at 1-877-433-0355.

  6. How do I use promotion codes?

    Simply enter the promotion code in the Summary page of the check -out process and validate the code to see your discounts instantly.

  7. Can I use multiple promotion codes for one order?

    No, we only accept one promotion code for every order you place.

  8. Can I make changes to my order after check-out?

    Once you have completed your purchase through KE321, we do not accept any changes on ordered items.

  9. What is your return policy?

    Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 7 business days of the delivery date for a store credit or refund. Please contact us and provide us with your invoice number and  the reason for your return to receive your Return Authorization Number. We must issue you a Return Authorization Number before returned products are accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.
    You are responsible for the postage on returned items unless they are defective or incorrect.

  10. Customs and Taxes?

    All international orders outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. KE321 has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local Customs laws, duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local Custom office for further information.
    If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay custom taxes and/or duties, and subsequently returned to KE321, the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total product purchase price will be deducted. The remaining balance will then be refunded.



  1. What forms of payments do you accept?

    We accept PayPal, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discovery for payment. Please provide us with the correct billing address, telephone number as well as the name of the card holder to ensure a smooth transaction.

  2. Which currency do I pay with?

    All displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. Exchange rates may apply if you are paying with a non-U.S. credit card.

    The KE321 payment processing centre is in Canada. Customers may be subject to foreign currency fees depending on the card they are using.

    After checking "My Reward Points" under your account. Simply go to our contact us page and choose KE321 Rewards. Tell us your membership number and the gift of your choice. We will verify and deduct the points from your account, then deliver the gift of your choice along with your next order.
