Recommended Uses
Mikei® Premium Mushroom Sauce is a concentrated formula. Please adjust the amount used accordingly.

- Cold Noodle Dipping Sauce (Mushroom sauce to water ratio 1:10)
- Ramen/Udon/Soba Noodle Soup Base (Mushroom sauce to water ratio 1:20)

Dashi (dried fish flakes: mackerel, urume sardine, bonito, sardine, skipjack tuna), Soy sauce (water, defatted processed soybeans, wheat, salt, soybeans, ethanol), Sugars (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), Fermented seasoning (syrup, rice, rice koji, protein hydrolysate, salt, ethanol), Salt, Bonito extract, Chitake extract powder, Hydrolyzed protein, Chakitake extract powder, Kelp extract, Dried sardine extract, Seasoning (monosodium L-glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotide), Caramel color, Acidulant (citric acid). Contains: Wheat, Soy, Fish (mackerel, sardine, bonito, skipjack tuna).
